bulls-cowsIf you have received an invitation form letter, you have been selected to participate on the TEA Volume 15 compilation CD. The letter outlines important links and information about our compilations, promotional services and why you have been selected. We take a great deal of time and care in our selection of artists and this is not a record label release showcasing artists, but a promotional service that can help artists achieve some degree of success at radio, film, internet and print media. We are not asking for percentages of your music sales, royalties or rights of any kind. Our compilations are sold only to participants who are interested in purchasing extra copies. It is important to understand why we charge a fee to be able to offer this service of promotion to selected artists.

Example of Invitation Form Letter

(Name of Artist)

We were listening to you this week on (name of internet site or radio station) and we really like the song (name of song or songs chosen). We'd like to place you on our TEA Volume 15 compilation CD. (description of the reasons why we like your music and have chosen it for our compilation). Our media contacts host many radio shows in Canada and internationally and we look forward to featuring some of your music in the near future. Our compilations are unique and are very helpful in promoting your music to a larger audience. Listed are the reasons why....

The cost for inclusion onto TEA Volume 15 is $285.00 CAD taxes included. The fee for our compilations helps to cover the services we provide for you such as...graphic arts design, printing, manufacturing, mastering, mailing, packaging, tracking via phone and email, film & TV submissions, radio shows and features, time and other promotion related costs. We wish we could supply all of this for free, but this obviously would not be possible. We are not asking for percentages of your music sales, royalties or rights of any kind, and we need to charge a fee to be able to offer this service of promotion to selected artists. Artists only pay $285.00 if asked or accepted onto a TEA Compilation CD. There is no charge for submissions and our compilations are sold only to participants who may want to purchase extra copies. We are providing a service of promotion to media sources for interested artists who choose to participate. If you have any questions just email or call. If you are interested in participating go to the reserve and confirm page.

Thank You
